Submit a Claim | If you submit a Claim Form by April 16, 2026, your Claim Form will be considered for two years of free credit monitoring and identify fraud insurance and, if requested, monetary recovery. |
Exclude Yourself from the Settlement | You will receive no benefits, but you will retain your legal claims against the Defendant. |
Object | Write to the Class Counsel and/or the Court about why you do, or do not, like the settlement. You must remain in the Settlement Class to object to the Settlement. |
Go to a hearing on April 28, 2026 | Ask to speak in Court about the fairness of the settlement. |
